jre.tar.zst on pkg.dc09.ru is built on my PC and uploaded manually by me

The CI job should publish a release on Forgejo, or at least provide artifacts, to which pkg.dc09.ru/openj9 will redirect

Should be easy to do CD on Nginx by using DAV upload methods and basic auth? Then you could upload the archive even from curl.
