Matthew Wild 384e3dbea2 mod_admin_shell: Remove outdated help text (fixes ) 
The ! commands have been broken for some time, and we're not going to
implement them right now. If we want fancier editing, we can now do that on
the client side (with readline and stuff).

Also removes mention of telnet!

# Prosody IM Server

## Description

Prosody is a server for Jabber/XMPP written in Lua. It aims to be easy to use
and light on resources. For developers, it aims to give a flexible system on
which to rapidly develop added functionality or rapidly prototype new
protocols.
