Kim Alvefur 44ed7a0e21 util.sasl.digest-md5: Remove, obsolete since 2011 
RFC 6331 lists several problems with this outdated authentication
mechanism. The code here was also completely ignored by lint checks and
has probably not been used for a long time, as it is incompatible with
SCRAM-hashed password storage.

# Prosody IM Server

## Description

Prosody is a server for Jabber/XMPP written in Lua. It aims to be easy 
to use and light on resources. For developers, it aims to give a 
flexible system on which to rapidly develop added functionality or 
rapidly prototype new protocols.
