Matthew Wild 96898e05a6 mod_server_info: New module to manage the serverinfo disco extension form 
This allows multiple modules to populate the form dynamically. Currently the
form is "owned" by mod_server_contact_info, which prevents other modules from
contributing to it.

A further commit will port mod_server_contact_info to use this module.

# Prosody IM Server

## Description

Prosody is a server for Jabber/XMPP written in Lua. It aims to be easy to use
and light on resources. For developers, it aims to give a flexible system on
which to rapidly develop added functionality or rapidly prototype new
protocols.
